ON start UP - Shaped by History and Defined by Future

Start-up is a seed meant for growth. Entrepreneur is modernized term of business man and as like startup is also modernized term of small company or shop by which shedding taboo of unimportant, contempt and representing positive promise. These modern words  indicate the soul hope passion on their future. Most companies gets started on the philosophy of why not and constantly challenges their being behind and defending going ahead. The point to point focus and progress on main track putting aside overheads cost / infrastructure and support expenses is the crucial and deciding factor. The company running on the trust of investors where patiently pulling it of from full red to all green,i.e., waiting for profitability and profitable to extent of covering up previous losses on investment, sharing profit and also enabling investment for future. The very concept of foundation , team work(too lonely when you have a dream without a team) will be realized in this arena and even a simple unpopular source's idea/reference will help start-up progress. Companys like Infosys after 10 years of start is been pitched for getting sold, which invariably been rescued by one of the co-founder indicates the amount of negativity that need to be opposed is evident and also alerts on the amount of time on wait for profitability. Here In start-ups there is no such thing as luck; there is only adequate or inadequate preparation to cope with a statistical universe and also calculated risk is the key. Some of the catches in startups is like being dynamic, goal oriented and being simple like asking questions and question like on why we had to do it(and most importantly why not). Money is never a big motivation as its only a passion where all the works and money are merged in one entity which holds our dream, but yes it is as a way to keep score. The real excitement is playing the game.  Another catch is being creative and eradicate that is not contributing for strength of ownership and growth. The breakthrough and transformations(of theory into reality) are the groundbreaking we need to wait for which is achieved by constant push driven by passion. The start-ups fate is reviewed in span of 3 5 8 and 10 years.  Going public is one of the apparent signs of success of growth prospect(if not otherwise). Whatsapp turned high by acquisition by 3 years(very ideal),Google turned public by 6 years, Reliance by 11 years which are very high level simple examples.

In the current trend, Some of the unconventional success stories like software testers starting whatsapp(regular stories are big institutes, big degrees, big minds of technical background-especially ideal driven over estimated disillusioned education at times-much been written and told the current bigger companies been started in garage, car shed and basement),  conveys the idea is the key and being with people is the secret of success for any start-ups.
There is no horizon for ideas and should not feel let down or behind when overhyped big name around while working on your small seed, say for example Google . Google is not even a benchmark or the limit or height of technology or ideas, its just one of the companies which reached people needs and fancies. The Indian people been given higher position  is nothing more then America providing oscars for the Indian movie Slumdog Millionaire after they thoroughly explored and reached the heights of market and got saturated they open up, thats unfair competition. Indians and Indian companies should have been in higher positions much earlier if their was fair competition. The cons of current trend is that everyone has everything and competition is open which means a thorough ahead only will place you in better position. The decision making or enable decision making is so important thats why CEO's are highly paid and who is the leader in action. And eveything should reached via protocol and logic(nothing but a template of truth). Its an ideal place where can have theory and practical get to meet and shake hand hand each other, mutually complementing.

Finishing with punch line as by a pioneer:
The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking. Don’t settle.
