ON Second law of Thermodynamics - Universe is going to run down?

Am sure learning physical properties of things spread across the universe is of no use as we need not deal with it.However out of sheer curiosity ,am going to try explain the second law of thermodynamics(study of heat,precisely). I've always believed that anytime,any person irrespective of the background and expertise in a field ,we have the ability to educate ourself on any topic in any subject except for that we need to know language,the only pre-requiste and few variable as parameters and constants.There is a known joke on tax,that nothing is permanent in life except for death and taxes,here would like to add-up "second law of thermodynamics" along with it.So there is nothing permanent in life except for "taxes,death and second-law of thermodynamics".Lets get to know this inevitable permanent impermanency.Request you not to get alienated and bored by the terms like thermodynamics,entropy,energy,heat,temperature etc on dealing with this topic.The law talks about the nature of universe in context of heat,thats it.We need to pass on few variables(as like we pass on computer program) to go through the topic inorder to understand,they are as below:
H-Hot
C-Cool
Consider a enclosed space,where a specific portion is hot and another cool.Now,there is collission between H-hot molecules and C-cold molecules until we reach the balance of temperature in equilibrium.H molecule become cooler and C-molecule hotter in the process.The key here is that unless there is a difference in temperature there wont be any energy.The difference between the temperature state is the possible quantity of energy that could be obtained.This logic(difference between higher and lower intensity is the energy available)is applicable to obtain energy on any devices or things,in this context its heat ,so the parameter is temperature.The possible analogy is getting energy from waterfall,when all water is in reservoir with no more to fall,there wont be any be energy source.The total entropy (unavailable energy content) is continuously increasing,this is the second law indirectly stating(the disorder keeps increasing as time goes by).

Unless a special effort is made to reverse this irreversible flow of nature,shining objects will tend to become dirty,neat rooms will be messy,things remembered will be forgotten and so on (for people who watch tamil movies ,can compare this situation in thiruvilayadal song Pattu nannae bavamum nanae(naan asaindhal asayum agilam yellamae...line..)).This is the real,dramatic,poetic(unpoetic?!) situation that universe would ever encounter.Still,if you would like to ask me what will happen to universe(even a highly efficient computer in the world)on whether it will bring back the universe active and the species alive after this stage,there is no answer to it.Probably the answer would as below:

"THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER."
Lets see,probably there would be an entity to say "Let there be light"  as like said in the book of genesis in the context of creating universe to get our universe back functioning?
